Weight management is rarely as simple as “eat less, move more.” Life, routines, stress, hormones, sleep, family demands and emotional wellbeing all play a role. Many people already know what to do, but struggle with how to put it into practice consistently.
I’m here to help bridge that gap.
As a Nutrition Practitioner and Registered Nurse, I support people to create realistic, sustainable eating patterns aligned with healthy lifestyle habits and UK public health guidance. My approach is gentle, supportive and tailored to your unique circumstances.

If you have a medical condition or take medication, we ensure your plan aligns safely with your healthcare provider’s advice. My role is to offer nutrition and behaviour support—not to replace medical guidance.
