Ruth Taylor Nutrition

Ruth graduated as a Nutritional Therapist gaining a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy and foundation degree. Ruth was awarded the Dian Shepperson Mills Award for ‘Clinical Excellence’ from the world renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition London in 2009.

Ruth is registered with the British Asociation of Nutritional Therapists (BANT). CNHC - Complementary & Natural healthcare Council and NTC the Nutritional Therapy Council.

Ruth is also a qualified Nurse and has worked within the NHS as a Nursing Sister for many years. Ruth now works  part time as a Community Matron and is able to utilise her many years of nursing knowledge and experience in her work as a Nutritional Therapist.

Ruth lives in Romsey Hampshire with her husband and three children.
